This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.
• Act as a recognized expert in Adobe Experience Platform and integrated Adobe solutions, adhering to industry best practices and standards.
• Serve as a subject matter authority on Adobe Experience Platform, Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, and AEP RTCDP.
• Collect and comprehend client business goals, technical necessities, and key performance indicators.
• Align technical suggestions with client objectives, business goals, and implementation practicality.
• Convert business use cases into scalable solution designs while considering campaign versatility, reporting needs, integration dependencies, and platform guidelines.
• Document actionable insights to address implementation risks and enhance platform adoption.
• Evaluate client technical environments and pinpoint implementation gaps in relation to business objectives.
• Propose and design optimal solutions based on assessments and platform capabilities.
• Analyze intricate technical challenges, assess solution alternatives, and drive customer discussions regarding recommended strategies.
• Provide insights on integration technologies and frameworks, including REST APIs, webhooks, and interoperability between Adobe and non-Adobe systems.
• Assist in troubleshooting solutions and implementing best practices across Adobe Analytics, CJA, Adobe Target, and AEP RTCDP.
• Regularly engage with clients, including marketers, analysts, developers, and executive stakeholders.
• Manage multiple client engagements concurrently while ensuring timely delivery and high-quality service.
• Build credibility and trust with clients and partners through effective communication and facilitation skills.
• Offer strategic and technical advice to support customer success initiatives.
• Keep accurate project records, workload assessments, and time tracking documentation.
• Develop client-facing documentation, presentations, and recommendations utilizing Microsoft Office and AI-enabled tools.
• Utilize AI technologies to enhance workflow efficiency, investigate platform capabilities, and speed up delivery.
• Continuously enhance Adobe platform expertise through training, certification, and self-directed learning.
• Extensive technical expertise in Adobe Experience Platform and Adobe Experience Cloud solutions.
• 5+ years of direct consulting experience with clients.
• 3+ years of practical experience with at least three of the following: Adobe Analytics, Customer Journey Analytics (CJA), Adobe Target, Adobe Experience Platform RTCDP.
• Proficiency with REST APIs, webhooks, and enterprise integration methodologies.
• Expertise in API integrations, tag management, data modeling, and solution architecture.
• Experience in translating business needs into architecture, design, and development tasks.
• Ability to communicate technical solutions to both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Strong problem-solving, facilitation, and consulting capabilities.
• Experience with Adobe Data Collection for web and mobile deployments.
• Familiarity with Adobe AEP Mobile Edge SDK.
• Proficiency in leveraging AI tools in daily workflows.
• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
• Capability to work efficiently in fast-paced, client-facing environments.
