Architectural Site Surveyor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +5 more states.

📋 Description

• Conduct site visits as required for the architecture and engineering team.

• Survey an average of 4 standard sites or 8 BAP sites each week.

• Utilize company equipment to scan and deliver precise measurements of the leased space.

• Document ADA violations thoroughly for architectural and engineering considerations.

• Capture photographic documentation of both the interior and exterior of the site.

• Responsible for submitting a monthly expense report punctually and tracking site-related expenses.

• Perform additional duties as assigned.

⛳️ Requirements

• Familiarity and experience with architectural and construction principles.

• Strong spatial awareness and the ability to create sketches.

• Proficient in North Sound technical skills, including mobile mapping and using iPads.

• Computer literacy and expertise in Microsoft Office, Adobe, and similar software.

• Excellent attention to detail.

• Demonstrated strong work ethic.

• Valid Driver's License.

• Ability to work independently with a commitment to excellence.

• Proficiency in drafting using CAD.
