This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• You will spearhead comprehensive onboarding initiatives for enterprise clients, overseeing everything from pre-kickoff technical assessments to achieving initial value milestones and final deployment.
• After onboarding, you will manage a portfolio of accounts as the primary technical liaison, fostering adoption, growth, and quantifiable value achievement.
• You will facilitate agentic workflows for audience brainstorming, campaign enhancement, and performance evaluation, systematically minimizing engineering reliance on a large scale.
• Your role will involve building solutions rather than merely advising. This includes creating AI-driven automations and internal tools that enhance the operations of the entire CA team, such as account health monitoring, QBR generation, and support triage.
• 3-5 years of experience in a client-facing technical position such as solutions architecture, implementation engineering, technical customer success, or marketing analytics.
• Strong expertise in SQL and practical experience with querying cloud data warehouses (e.g., BigQuery, Snowflake, Redshift, or Databricks).
• Proven track record of managing complex, multi-stakeholder technical projects from inception to completion.
• Familiarity with cloud infrastructure (GCP, AWS, or Azure) and data pipeline concepts (ETL/reverse ETL, event streaming, data modeling).
• Outstanding communication abilities, capable of conveying technical complexities to both engineering teams and executive stakeholders.
• Hands-on experience utilizing LLMs and AI tools (such as Claude, GPT-4, Gemini) for practical applications like summarization, classification, structured output generation, or agent workflows.
• Proficient in designing and developing prompt-based workflows or LLM-driven automations using APIs, Python, or no-code platforms (e.g., n8n, Zapier, Claude, or similar).
• Experience in identifying operational efficiency opportunities and leveraging AI tools to implement solutions.
• Comfortable evaluating AI outputs for accuracy, potential hallucination risks, and suitability for customer-facing applications.
• Comprehensive health, dental, vision, life, and disability insurance for Canadian employees and their dependents (fully covered by the employer).
• 401(k) or RRSP (Canada) program with a generous company match.
• Spot bonuses for significant milestones and product feature launches.
• Clear pathways for career advancement and opportunities for cross-functional collaboration.
• Meaningful equity, allowing you to participate in the value you help create.
• Flexible, goal-oriented work style.
• Flexible time off policy.
• Monthly company-wide Recharge Days to genuinely disconnect.
• Annual home office allowance to enhance your workspace.
• Quarterly Hackathons to concentrate on team passion projects.
• Annual professional development budget.
• Work directly alongside a world-class executive team.
• A culture that embraces a learner's mindset.
