Implementation Integration Architect – Electronic Health Records

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Accountable for Integration Architect activities that support the PATH EHR Delivery Team.

• Functions as the main Integration Architect for the Implementation team, providing IA coordination across all Delivery Workstreams.

• Aids in executing the enterprise/rollout design strategy, particularly focusing on technical/interface integration and device management (BMDI, MDI, etc.).

• Ensures integration oversight for engagements while supporting project team members to meet project deliverables and timelines, guaranteeing value delivery to the client as promised.

• Offers integration and domain expertise to both internal and external client project teams.

• Duties may involve coordinating design, system validation, and integration activities across various solutions and care venues.

• Facilitates coordination among Team GDIT, its partners, and federal leadership/project managers to ensure that contract deliverables and timelines are well-organized and executed smoothly.

• Regularly interacts with customers and industry representatives to ensure alignment with customer requirements.

• Oversees and is responsible for the successful completion of all tasks within an assigned project.

• Develops and manages project schedules, budgets, risk lists, communication plans, and lessons learned.

• Directs and manages the efforts of cross-competency teams.

• Monitors and reports manpower status for the team/site.

• Prepares progress reports and briefs on project status and milestones according to the communication plan.

• Responsible for the team's delivery of services for project efforts, including testing and risk management.


⛳️ Requirements

• Over 8 years of relevant experience with Oracle Health as a Millennium Integration Architect.

• Bachelor’s degree or a combination of education and experience equivalent.

• At least 3 years of experience as the lead Integration Architect on medium to large Oracle Health EHR Implementations.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Project, and Visio.

• Deep understanding of expense and timekeeping management processes and policies.

• Technical Skillset: Citrix Storefront Management, Interface/FSI, Interoperability/CCDs, SQL/CCL, Deploying Hardware, TechPortal (Offline) and Automations, Olympus and Ops Jobs Configuration and Troubleshooting, WebSphere Application Server, Data Synchronization and Data Accuracy, OCI Knowledge/Certifications preferred.
