Substrates HVM Engineer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in China.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with supply chain leaders and technical teams to develop solutions for identified opportunities in process and quality enhancement.

• Investigate emerging technologies and evaluate industry benchmarks to further supply chain improvements.

• Establish material inspection methods and devise strategies to enhance supply chain and logistics operations.

• Track supply and demand patterns, perform root cause analyses, and propose enhancements to boost efficiency and quality.

• Enhance supplier performance by setting control standards, defining KPIs, and executing regular performance assessments.

• Oversee quality excursions, facilitate failure mode analyses, and create specifications that reduce variability and meet operational standards.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant field such as Supply Chain Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing, or equivalent experience based on business needs.

• At least 4 years of experience in supply chain engineering with a Bachelor's degree, or 3 or more years with a Master's degree.

• Strong skills in data analysis, root cause analysis, and business intelligence tools for informed decision-making.

• Proven expertise in supplier manufacturing operations and quality assurance methodologies.

• Technical proficiency in supply chain management, process optimization, and risk mitigation techniques.
