Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade & Store Operations, English/Hindi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Hindi or English that are rooted in Indian operational settings (such as store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, and branch coordination).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks.

• Assess both AI-generated and human-generated responses for factual correctness, adherence to policies, quality of customer service, and operational authenticity.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that exemplify best practices across Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Hindi at a native level, complemented by strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

• Experience in one or more relevant areas: Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.

• In-depth understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and the Indian retail environment.
