Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade & Store Operations, English/Bengali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Retail Trade scenarios in Bengali or English, rooted in Indian operational contexts (e.g., store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, branch coordination).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks.

• Assess AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, policy compliance, customer service quality, and operational realism.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices across Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Bengali with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles: Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Indian retail environments.
