Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade & Store Operations, English/Assamese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create authentic Retail Trade scenarios in Assamese or English that are rooted in Indian operational contexts (e.g., store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, branch coordination).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and tasks related to compliance.

• Evaluate AI and human-generated responses for accuracy, adherence to policies, quality of customer service, and operational authenticity.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that embody best practices within Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Assamese alongside strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in areas such as Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles: Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.

• Deep understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance processes, inventory management, and the Indian retail landscape.
