Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade & Store Operations, English/Arabic – GCC

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Saudi Arabia.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic Retail Trade scenarios in either Arabic or English, tailored to the operational contexts of the GCC (such as store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, and branch coordination).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics to facilitate operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and tasks related to compliance.

• Assess both AI-generated and human responses for their factual accuracy, adherence to policies, quality of customer service, and realism in operations.

• Play a vital role in creating “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices in GCC retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Arabic (MSA) at a native level, along with strong English communication skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in areas such as Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions, including Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.

• A robust understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and the retail landscape within the GCC.
