Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade, Store Operations, English, Malayalam

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Retail Trade scenarios in either Malayalam or English, based on Indian operational contexts (e.g., store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, branch coordination).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for addressing operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and tasks related to compliance.

• Assess AI and human-generated responses for factual correctness, adherence to policies, quality of customer service, and operational authenticity.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices within Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Malayalam with strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles: Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and the Indian retail landscape.
