Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade & Store Operations, English, Gujarati

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Retail Trade scenarios in either Gujarati or English that are anchored in Indian operational contexts, including store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, and branch coordination.

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for addressing operational challenges, enhancing customer interactions, making retail decisions, and handling compliance-related tasks.

• Assess both AI-generated and human-generated responses for accuracy, adherence to policies, quality of customer service, and operational authenticity.

• Play a key role in developing 'gold standard' solutions that embody best practices within the Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Gujarati at a native level, with a strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

• Experience in one or more pertinent roles such as Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance protocols, inventory management, and the Indian retail landscape.
