Subject Matter Expert – Retail Trade, Store Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Retail Trade scenarios in either Nepali or English, rooted in Indian operational contexts (e.g., store operations, customer service escalations, inventory management, pharmacy workflows, retail compliance, fraud prevention, sales supervision, branch coordination).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for operational problem-solving, customer interactions, retail decision-making, and compliance-related tasks.

• Evaluate responses generated by AI and humans for factual correctness, adherence to policies, customer service quality, and operational authenticity.

• Assist in developing “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices within Indian retail, pharmacy, and commercial operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Nepali with strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Retail, Store Operations, Pharmacy Operations, Commercial Management, Loss Prevention, or Retail Investigations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles: Retail Sales Supervision, Store or Operations Management, Pharmacist or Pharmacy Operations, Retail Security, Loss Prevention, Fraud Investigation, Customer Experience, or Multi-Branch Retail Operations.

• Solid understanding of customer service workflows, retail operations, compliance procedures, inventory management, and Indian retail environments.
