Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Telugu

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations in Telugu or English, tailored to Indian operational contexts (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess responses generated by AI and humans for accuracy, operational efficiency, safety considerations, and industrial authenticity.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices in Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Telugu at a native level, with strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant areas: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Deep understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement protocols, and Indian manufacturing contexts.
