Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Spanish (LATAM)

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations in either the target language or English, based on the operational contexts of the target locale (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory management, and production oversight.

• Assess responses generated by both AI and humans for accuracy, operational efficiency, safety consciousness, and industrial authenticity.

• Play a role in developing “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations relevant to the target locale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Possess native-level proficiency in the target language along with strong professional English skills.

• Have over 5 years of professional experience in areas such as Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Hold a background in one or more relevant fields: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Demonstrate a solid understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production methodologies, procurement processes, and manufacturing environments in India.
