Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Russian

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Ukraine.

📋 Description

• Create authentic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in either the target language or English, based on the operational contexts of the target locale (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality assurance, industrial upkeep, process enhancement, warehouse management, shipping, and receiving tasks).

• Modify established evaluation rubrics for tasks involving operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory management, and production oversight.

• Assess AI-generated and human responses for factual correctness, operational effectiveness, safety consciousness, and industrial authenticity.

• Assist in developing “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations in the target locale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the target language at a native level, along with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Management, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety regulations, production methodologies, procurement processes, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
