Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Punjabi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations in Punjabi or English, based on Indian operational contexts (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping, and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess responses generated by both AI and humans for factual correctness, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial authenticity.

• Contribute to exemplary solutions that embody best practices within Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Punjabi at a native level, with strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of relevant experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more pertinent roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Thorough understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement protocols, and the manufacturing landscape in India.
