Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Portuguese BR

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations in the target language or English, tailored to the operational contexts of the target locale (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess both AI-generated and human responses for accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that embody best practices in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations specific to the target locale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the target language at a native level, along with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions such as Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and the Indian manufacturing environment.
