Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Odia

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in either Odia or English, rooted in Indian operational contexts (such as production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess both AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that embody best practices in Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Odia at a native level, complemented by strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more pertinent roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
