Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Nepali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Nepali or English, based on Indian operational frameworks (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks involving operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess both AI-generated and human responses for factual correctness, operational efficiency, safety consciousness, and industrial authenticity.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that exemplify best practices in Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Nepali accompanied by strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of relevant professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more pertinent roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Deep understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
