Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Marathi

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create authentic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Marathi or English, tailored to the Indian operational landscape (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality assurance, industrial maintenance, process improvement, warehouse activities, shipping and receiving operations).

• Modify structured evaluation criteria for operational problem-solving, engineering assessments, inventory management, and production oversight tasks.

• Assess responses generated by both AI and humans for factual accuracy, operational effectiveness, safety consciousness, and industrial authenticity.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that embody best practices within Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain sectors.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Marathi coupled with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Oversight, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Management, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Deep understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety regulations, production methodologies, procurement practices, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
