Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Malayalam

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create authentic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in either Malayalam or English, rooted in Indian operational contexts (such as production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving activities).

• Tailor structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess both AI-generated and human responses for factual correctness, operational efficacy, safety consciousness, and industrial authenticity.

• Contribute to exemplary solutions that embody best practices within Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in Malayalam at a native level, along with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles, including Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• A solid understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement practices, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
