Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations – English/Korean

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in South Korea.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations in either the target language or English, based on operational contexts relevant to the locale (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics to address operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management tasks.

• Assess AI-generated and human responses for factual correctness, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and realism within the industrial context.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices in manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations pertinent to the target locale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in the target language accompanied by excellent professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant areas: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
