Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Kannada

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations in Kannada or English, rooted in Indian operational contexts (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess both AI and human-generated responses for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices throughout Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Kannada along with strong professional English skills.

• A minimum of 5 years of professional experience in fields such as Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• A solid understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
