Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Gujarati

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in either Gujarati or English, based on Indian operational contexts (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess responses generated by AI and humans for factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.

• Contribute to exemplary solutions that embody best practices across Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Gujarati with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles such as Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
