Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/German

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations in either the target language or English, based on the operational contexts of the target locale (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess responses generated by both AI and humans for accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.

• Contribute to exemplary solutions that embody best practices within manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations relevant to the target locale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in the target language, coupled with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions such as Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Deep understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and the manufacturing environments in India.
