Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/French

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations in either the target language or English, tailored to the operational contexts of the target locale (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess both AI and human-generated responses for accuracy, operational effectiveness, safety awareness, and industrial authenticity.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices within manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations in the target locale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in the target language at a native level, coupled with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
