Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Bengali

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations in either Bengali or English, rooted in Indian operational contexts (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess responses generated by both AI and humans for their factual accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices in Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in Bengali at a native level, with strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant positions such as Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
