Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations, English/Assamese

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

📋 Description

• Develop realistic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in Assamese or English that are rooted in Indian operational settings (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess AI and human-generated outputs for factual correctness, operational efficiency, safety consciousness, and industrial authenticity.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices within Indian manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Assamese along with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Comprehensive understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement protocols, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
