Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing, Industrial Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Italy.

📋 Description

• Create realistic scenarios for Manufacturing and Industrial Operations in the target language or English, based on operational contexts relevant to the target locale (such as production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, and shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Assess both AI-generated and human responses for accuracy, operational effectiveness, safety awareness, and industrial authenticity.

• Contribute to “gold standard” solutions that embody best practices within the manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations of the target locale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficient in the target language at a native level, with strong professional English skills.

• Over 5 years of professional experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant fields: Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• In-depth knowledge of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and the Indian manufacturing landscape.
