Subject Matter Expert – Manufacturing & Industrial Operations

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Indonesia.

📋 Description

• Create authentic Manufacturing and Industrial Operations scenarios in either the target language or English, rooted in the operational contexts of the target locale (e.g., production workflows, procurement coordination, quality control, industrial maintenance, process optimization, warehouse operations, shipping and receiving activities).

• Modify structured evaluation rubrics for tasks related to operational problem-solving, engineering analysis, inventory coordination, and production management.

• Evaluate both AI-generated and human-generated responses for accuracy, operational efficiency, safety awareness, and industrial realism.

• Contribute to "gold standard" solutions that embody best practices across manufacturing, engineering, and supply chain operations in the target locale.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native proficiency in the target language combined with a strong command of professional English.

• Over 5 years of experience in Manufacturing, Industrial Operations, Production Management, Engineering, Procurement, or Supply Chain Operations.

• Experience in one or more relevant roles such as Purchasing & Procurement, Production Supervision, Industrial Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Inventory Control, Warehouse Operations, Logistics Coordination, or Manufacturing Operations.

• Solid understanding of industrial workflows, operational safety standards, production processes, procurement procedures, and the manufacturing landscape in India.
