This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in North Carolina.
β’ Maintain health and safety compliance by ensuring that policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and training materials are current.
β’ Execute all tasks pertinent to the position with precision.
β’ Evaluate the accuracy, timeliness, and completeness of your own work as well as that of colleagues.
β’ Collaborate on assigned projects and seek assistance regarding priorities as needed.
β’ Participate in relevant training initiatives to gain a deeper understanding of the role and its responsibilities.
β’ Achieve outcomes within established deadlines.
β’ Uphold punctuality and accurate time tracking through timesheet submissions.
β’ A Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts (BS/BA) degree in chemistry or biology.
β’ At least one year of experience in a clinical or biopharma laboratory setting.
β’ Strong organizational, planning, and critical thinking abilities.
β’ Capability to manage multiple tasks professionally and efficiently under pressure.
β’ Proficient in utilizing word processing software, databases, spreadsheets, and specialized applications.
β’ Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
β’ Keen attention to detail.
β’ Proficiency in prioritizing and managing time effectively.
β’ Basic computer skills, including familiarity with programs like Word and Excel.
β’ Must be able to pass a standardized color blindness assessment.
