Customer Support Representative, Freelancer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• Reaching out to potential clients via phone concerning 24-hour care services

• Evaluating their requirements and engaging in discussions in a trustworthy, professional manner

• Managing inquiries from prospective customers with an emphasis on conversion

• Recording conversations

⛳️ Requirements

• Proficiency in German at a native level, both written and verbal

• Enjoyment of making phone calls, excellent communication skills, and a results-driven mindset

• Proficient use of Excel

• Dependability, empathy, and assertiveness

• Structured and organized approach to work

• Availability to work 20 hours per week

• Working hours on weekdays from 12:00–15:00 and 18:00–19:00; no flexibility allowed
