Study Start Up Associate I

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• Oversee the initiation process for clinical trials.

• Ensure site start-up and activation tasks are completed to a high standard.

• Aid in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents, such as clinical trial applications and ethics committee submissions.

• Collaborate with both internal and external stakeholders to secure necessary approvals and authorizations for study initiation.

• Keep precise and current records of all regulatory submissions and approvals.

• Assist study teams in creating study documentation, including protocols, informed consent forms, and investigator brochures.

• Engage in study start-up meetings, providing insights on regulatory requirements and timelines.

• A Bachelor's degree in life sciences or a related discipline.

• Prior experience in clinical research or regulatory affairs is preferred, though not mandatory.

• Experience with study start-up or site activation specifically in Argentina.

• Exceptional attention to detail and strong organizational abilities.

• Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with a proven ability to collaborate effectively across various teams.

• Capability to work independently while managing numerous tasks in a dynamic environment.

• Legal authorization to work in the country where the position is based.
