Study Management Associate III

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Operate autonomously as a clinical study leader and contributor.

• Assist the Study Project Manager in providing strategic direction to the cross-functional team.

• Manage relationships with vendors and supervise external vendor activities.

• Oversee the management of recruitment and the implementation of recruitment strategies.

• Ensure readiness for inspections and engage in relevant activities.

• Administer study materials while ensuring compliance and inspection readiness.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree.

• A minimum of 4 years of progressive experience in Pharma-related or clinical research roles.

• Proficient in the application of standard quality procedures (SOP, ICH/GCP, Global Regulations).

• Experienced with systems such as EDC, IRT, CTMS, and eTMF.

• Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities.

• Excellent organizational and time management skills.

• Outstanding interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in English.
