This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Accountable for fostering positive experiences for families after enrollment.
• Manage scheduling, communication, and operational challenges to ensure effective systems are in place.
• Work in partnership with academic teams to enhance the overall student experience and establish trust.
• Anticipate and address issues proactively to prevent escalation.
• Outstanding written English skills with the capacity to communicate in a professional, clear, and empathetic manner.
• Ability to take initiative and own problems through to resolution without needing to be prompted.
• Keen attention to detail and comfort in managing operational workflows where precision is crucial.
• A student-centric approach with the integrity and reliability to support it in daily tasks.
• Confidence in navigating multiple systems, tools, and communication channels simultaneously.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in student engagement, customer operations, or another detail-oriented customer-facing position.
• Fully remote, allowing you to work from any location in India.
• No rotational shifts and no late-night hours.
