This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• While the academic teams focus on delivering education, the remainder of the operations is yours to coordinate effectively.
• Outstanding written English skills, capable of communicating in a professional, clear, and empathetic manner.
• A proactive approach to taking ownership of issues until they are resolved, without needing to be prompted.
• Keen attention to detail and the ability to manage operational workflows where precision is crucial.
• A student-centric mindset, coupled with the integrity and dependability to support it in everyday tasks.
• Confidence in navigating multiple systems, tools, and communication platforms simultaneously.
• 2 to 4 years of experience in student engagement, customer operations, or another detail-oriented customer service role.
• Preferred: Experience in the EdTech field or the education sector.
• Familiarity with CRM platforms like HubSpot.
• Proficiency in using spreadsheets and communication tools such as Slack and Missive.
• Experience supporting customers from Australia or other international locations.
• Proven track record of enhancing workflows, systems, or operational processes.
• Fully remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere in India.
• Work hours are from 9am to 5pm IST, six days a week, with one designated weekday off.
• No rotational shifts and no late-night work required.
