Student Recruitment Officer

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Malaysia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Develop the university's recruitment pipeline for Southeast Asia to meet enrolment objectives, in alignment with the global multi-year recruitment strategy.

• Offer precise and timely information to prospective students, parents, and advisors regarding Aston University programs.

• Assist in applicant conversion initiatives in collaboration with the Admissions and Conversion teams.

• Conduct training sessions, events, and updates for agents to ensure comprehensive understanding of Aston University programs.

• Track and report on agent performance, ensuring adherence to due diligence and regulatory guidelines.

• Organize and execute student recruitment activities, including agent engagement events, school visits, and workshops.

• Collaborate with the University’s Marketing team to create and implement region-specific campaigns and promotional materials.

• Provide organized and timely insights to the Regional Manager to guide global market strategies.

• Contribute to university-wide processes for consistent data collection and reporting on market conditions.

• Ensure that in-market activities align with the global B2B channel strategy and deliver exceptional service to agents and partners.

• Work closely with academic colleges to identify opportunities for promoting programs in China.

⛳️ Requirements

• Degree level education or equivalent experience.

• Over 2 years of experience in student recruitment, sales, or marketing.

• Demonstrated success in managing agent networks and executing recruitment events.

• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding targets.

• Experience in driving growth among various stakeholders in Southeast Asia.

• Fluent in English with outstanding communication skills.

• Strong relationship management capabilities with diverse stakeholders.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, work independently, and manage travel efficiently.

• Customer-centric, proactive, and results-oriented.

• Self-motivated, proactive, and driven individual.

• Well-established network of contacts for creating business opportunities.

• Willingness to travel extensively within Southeast Asia.

• Availability to work evenings, weekends, and during traditional holiday periods as needed.
