This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Assist prospective students by guiding them through every phase of the application and enrollment process.
• Interact with leads via phone, email, and video within a well-defined contact strategy.
• Utilize CRM systems to manage, monitor, and enhance the enrollment pipeline.
• Provide a superior customer experience through timely, professional, and supportive communication.
• Work collaboratively with internal teams to ensure seamless transitions for newly enrolled learners.
• Effectively communicate the value, structure, and outcomes of the available program options.
• Help achieve enrollment targets through consistent activity and effective consultative selling.
• Keep accurate records and maintain data integrity across CRM platforms.
• Engage in training and upskilling sessions to improve product knowledge and sales effectiveness.
• Promote student referrals to aid in overall enrollment growth.
• Proven sales experience in high-value consumer services or similar settings, with at least three years in a dedicated sales position.
• Demonstrated capability to meet and exceed sales targets and KPIs.
• Excellent communication skills across phone, video, and written formats.
• Experience with CRM systems and maintaining precise data records.
• Ability to handle multiple leads and tasks in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
