Structural Engineer – Drafter

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia, +1 more country.

📋 Description

• Create residential structural designs and calculations that comply with relevant building codes.

• Provide support for both single-family and multi-family projects across the nation.

• Collaborate with project coordinators to adhere to schedules and prioritize tasks.

• Engage in daily team check-ins and engineering discussions.

• Share innovative ideas to enhance processes, standards, and efficiency.

• Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure high-quality deliverables for clients.

• Work on residential structural design initiatives tailored for the USA market.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil or Structural Engineering.

• EIT certification or actively working towards it.

• Experience in residential structural engineering.

• Strong organizational and communication skills.

• Ability to work independently in a remote environment.

• Dedication to quality, teamwork, and client service.

• Familiarity with wood framing, CMU, ICF, reinforced concrete, steel, and residential codes is advantageous.

• Availability to work Monday–Friday, 15:00–00:00.
