Structural BIM Technician

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Carry out assigned tasks related to structural modeling

• Create sheet views of plans, details, and notes derived from the Revit model

• Stay informed about the production schedule for the tasks you are responsible for

• Evaluate completed tasks at critical stages for accuracy and completeness

• Contribute to the development of internal drafting standards, including Revit families

• Engage with other disciplines and project team members to ensure comprehensive project coordination

• Take part in team and company-wide meetings concerning project challenges, interdisciplinary coordination, and technical matters

• Conduct work in accordance with the firm’s values of quality, innovation, learning, and respect

• Cultivate collaborative professional relationships with the project team

• Uphold the firm's commitment to delivering exceptional professional service to clients

⛳️ Requirements

• At least 5 years of experience with Revit is required

• A minimum of 5 years' experience with concrete, wood, steel, and light gauge building structures is required

• Proficiency in MS Office Suite is preferred

• Strong ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing

• Capability to solve problems and collaborate on innovative solutions

• Ability to thrive in a team-oriented environment

• Capacity to manage multiple projects simultaneously

• Competence to meet deadlines while maintaining expected quality standards
