Streamer Relationship Manager, Spanish

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.

📋 Description

• Manage and cultivate relationships with a cohort of Spanish-speaking streamers who specialize in slot games.

• Act as the main point of contact for designated Spanish-speaking streamers, promoting high levels of engagement and a beneficial partnership.

• Build enduring relationships by aligning with creators' goals and personalizing incentives to support their success.

• Monitor streamer activity, performance, content compliance, and broadcasting frequency to ensure reliable promotion of our games.

• Provide timely updates regarding game releases, campaigns, and promotional opportunities to keep creators engaged and informed.

• Create and implement incentive programs, campaigns, and special offers to encourage regular, high-quality streaming of our content.

• Collaborate with the Streamer Relationship Manager Team Leader to enhance strategies and track key performance indicators.

• Work in conjunction with marketing, product, and compliance teams to ensure a seamless experience for streamers.

• Identify emerging talents and assist in onboarding new creators as needed.

• Stay informed about industry trends, platform updates, and community sentiments to capitalize on proactive opportunities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Native-level proficiency in Spanish (C1) and advanced English (B2), with exceptional written and verbal communication skills in both languages.

• Proven experience in managing influencers, creators, partnerships, or communities—ideally within iGaming, entertainment, or streaming sectors.

• Strong understanding of platforms such as Twitch, YouTube, and Kick, as well as the broader creator ecosystem.

• Excellent relationship-building and stakeholder management skills for fostering long-term partnerships.

• Proficient in organization and project management, including executing campaigns, incentives, or collaborations.

• Analytical abilities to track, assess, and report on streamer metrics and engagement levels.

• Effective in cross-team collaboration and adaptable in a fast-paced environment.

• Creative, forward-thinking approach to identifying opportunities and addressing challenges.

• Exceptional English and Spanish communication skills (both written and verbal); knowledge of Portuguese is a plus.

• Passion for online gaming, streaming culture, and digital communities.

• Willingness to maintain a flexible schedule to accommodate non-standard hours for streamers and events.

• Readiness to travel for creator meetups, conferences, or events.
