This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in France.
• Analyze intricate operational, technical, and regulatory challenges from foundational principles, crafting structured solutions and driving their execution to achieve successful outcomes.
• Develop, implement, and oversee robust governance frameworks to manage inter-group outsourcing services, monitoring performance metrics, conducting thorough risk assessments, and strategically executing third-party services.
• Facilitate and optimize delivery pipelines among legal, compliance, product, and operations teams to consistently launch industry-leading products.
• Design and implement scalable operational controls that encompass vendor due diligence pipelines, risk monitoring systems, and service performance frameworks, utilizing modern technical infrastructure to enhance efficiency.
• A degree in a STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics) discipline.
• Proven experience in designing, building, and maintaining scalable governance and workflow processes across operational and product domains.
• Strong analytical skills with a demonstrated ability to utilize complex data for informed decision-making and problem-solving.
• Outstanding project management skills, organizational abilities, and a knack for prioritizing high-impact initiatives effectively.
• A natural curiosity and a strong enthusiasm for ongoing, self-directed professional development.
• A collaborative, solution-focused mindset that emphasizes continuous improvement and shared accountability.
• Must be located in France.
• A minimum of two years of professional experience in the FinTech industry (preferred).
• Previous experience in highly regulated financial environments (preferred).
• A successful track record of end-to-end project delivery in fast-growing startup or scale-up settings (preferred).
• Direct experience in managing product governance frameworks and operational risk management (preferred).
