📋 Description

• Collaborate with leaders and managers throughout the organization on significant personnel decisions and challenges.

• Perform quarterly departmental “audits” that thoroughly analyze each team and utilize these insights to work with department heads in implementing strategic and impactful modifications.

• Take ownership of and implement initiatives that affect the entire team or organization.

• Identify and consistently address various types of problems.
