This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.
• Collaborate closely with regional leaders to grasp business priorities.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to leaders concerning people-related issues.
• Utilize workforce data, trends, and insights effectively.
• Support and shape key People initiatives throughout the region.
• Mentor and develop leaders to enhance leadership capabilities.
• Offer expert guidance on employee relations issues.
• Facilitate the successful rollout of People programs.
• Work cross-functionally with Centres of Excellence.
• A post-secondary degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
• CHRL designation (or in progress) is regarded as an advantage.
• 5–7 years of progressive experience in an HR Business Partner or strategic HR advisory position.
• Strong business insight with the capability to link people strategies to operational priorities and business results.
• A curious mindset and willingness to utilize technology, data, and AI-enabled tools for process enhancement.
• Experience in supporting leaders within fast-paced, multi-site, or operationally complex settings.
• Extensive experience in employee relations, including workplace investigations, performance management, and handling sensitive people issues.
• Demonstrated ability to establish credibility and influence leaders.
