PeopleSoft HCM Functional Consultant – Time & Labor

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Canada.

📋 Description

• Deliver functional expertise in PeopleSoft HCM Time & Labor.

• Assist with Time & Attendance and Scheduling business operations.

• Facilitate requirements gathering, fit-gap analysis, and functional workshops.

• Investigate and resolve functional issues related to Time & Labor processing.

• Work in collaboration with HR, Payroll, and business stakeholders to enhance processes.

• Support testing initiatives including SIT, UAT, and parallel payroll testing.

• Create functional documentation, process flows, and business requirements.

• Aid in payroll-related integrations and Time & Labor processing activities.

• Contribute to configuration reviews and optimization of business processes.

• Offer guidance on best practices within PeopleSoft Time & Labor.

⛳️ Requirements

• Over 10 years of functional consulting experience in PeopleSoft HCM.

• Extensive hands-on functional expertise with: PeopleSoft Time & Labor, Time & Attendance, Scheduling / Workforce Management, Payroll for North America, and Absence Management.

• Demonstrated ability to lead functional workshops and engage with stakeholders.

• Experience in public sector, higher education, or unionized environments is preferred.

• Strong knowledge of HR and payroll business processes.

• Proficient in fit-gap analysis, functional documentation, and testing support.

• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills.
