This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take ownership and enhance essential People Operations processes, including HRIS, payroll, benefits, compliance, reporting, and employee lifecycle workflows.
• Direct the strategy, configuration, and optimization of ADP Workforce Now as Tia’s primary system of record.
• Ensure accurate and timely payroll for a diverse workforce across multiple states and entities.
• Oversee benefits administration, open enrollment, vendor partnerships, audits, and compliance obligations.
• Maintain precise people data, reporting, dashboards, and operational insights.
• Support compensation operations, including bonus calculations and equity administration in Carta.
• Identify process inefficiencies and develop more efficient, scalable work methods.
• Collaborate with Finance, Legal, People Business Partners, and leadership to uphold operational rigor and enhance employee experience.
• Manage and mentor a member of the People Ops team, establishing a high standard for ownership, accuracy, and follow-through.
• Over 8 years of experience in People Operations, with extensive expertise in payroll, HRIS, benefits, and compliance.
• Proficient in ADP Workforce Now, including its configuration and process enhancement.
• Experienced in managing complex payroll scenarios across various states, entities, and employee classifications.
• Strong understanding of employment law, compliance, audits, and employee data management practices.
• Comfortable working with data, reporting, and systems to facilitate informed decision-making.
• Highly detail-oriented, organized, and accountable.
• Capable of functioning both strategically and tactically in a dynamic environment.
• Excellent communicator and a reliable cross-functional collaborator.
• Experience in managing or mentoring team members.
