This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.
• Collaborate with internal teams (Sales, Product, Risk) to address customer issues and ensure a smooth customer experience.
• Assist in customer onboarding, perform business reviews, and enhance operational processes under the direction of the Business Ops Manager.
• Conduct market research and analyze data to guide strategic decisions and process enhancements.
• Support the refinement of operational workflows to facilitate scalable growth.
• Identify challenges and suggest actionable solutions to boost customer satisfaction, retention, and adoption.
• Develop foundational skills in analysis, communication, and project management.
• You hold a Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, or a related discipline.
• Ideally, you have prior experience in operations, customer service, or a related field.
• You possess excellent proficiency in the English language.
• You have outstanding analytical abilities and experience with data analysis tools.
• You are available for a full-time internship (40 hours per week) for a duration of 6 months.
• You are analytical and enjoy translating abstract problems into actionable recommendations.
• You are a quick learner and thrive in a fast-paced work environment.
• You actively contribute to your own success (and that of others).
• You provide and receive open, direct, and timely feedback.
