Strategy & Operations Coach – VP

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Delivering one-on-one coaching to Mento members through virtual sessions utilizing the Mento Platform and Tools.

• Engaging in continuous training sessions to enhance coaching skills and abilities.

• Interacting with members through your Mento email or via chat in the Mento App between sessions.

• Being an essential part of the Mento coaching community by sharing coaching tools and insights, contributing to the improvement of our coaching practices and fulfilling our mission of empowering individuals to thrive in jobs they love.

• Acting with kindness, respect, and empathy as a representative of the Mento community.

⛳️ Requirements

• A director, vice president, or another senior strategy & operations leader with over 20 years of experience in managing strategy & ops teams and coaching individuals (coaching certification is a plus but not mandatory).

• An individual who desires to transform their people leadership skills into impactful coaching abilities.

• Passionate about assisting individuals in advancing their careers to create fulfilling lives.

• A self-aware person with a high emotional IQ who values creating a safe environment for others to be vulnerable.

• Enthusiastic about developing your coaching skills, bringing a growth mindset to the experience, no matter your coaching tenure.

• Comfortable in a dynamic startup environment that is constantly evolving.

• Willing to commit a minimum of 12+ hours per month to coaching at Mento for the next 24+ months.

• In addition to a fixed hourly rate, we provide select bonuses that encourage engagement with our membership and community growth on our platform.

• You must have the capacity to dedicate a minimum of three to five hours per week to Mento, regardless of other commitments and their potential changes.

• You are expected to collaborate with Mento for a minimum of 24 months to establish meaningful relationships with our members.

• This position is fully remote; candidates must be located in North America or Europe.
