This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.
• Collaborate with leadership as a strategic partner to envision and create innovative business and organizational strategies.
• Go beyond mere reporting by engaging in the "whiteboarding" process—diagnosing root causes, structuring intricate problems, and proposing creative solutions.
• Formulate clear, executive-ready narratives and frameworks that convey complex concepts and facilitate enterprise-level decision-making.
• Excel in a fast-paced environment, demonstrating the same diligence and creativity whether the task is a quick strategic pivot or a lengthy transformation project.
• Act as the central nervous system for the HR organization, maintaining oversight of the comprehensive portfolio of initiatives, managing operational rhythms, and ensuring alignment across functions.
• Serve as a liaison among departments—promoting discussions, managing dependencies, and keeping leadership updated on organizational health and project momentum.
• Collect, synthesize, and analyze qualitative and quantitative data to establish a solid evidence base for new strategies and operational improvements.
• Identify appropriate data sources, formulate the right questions, and connect various inputs to uncover insights that enhance financial and operational outcomes.
• A bachelor's degree is required; an MBA or advanced degree is preferred.
• 2–4 years of experience in management consulting, corporate strategy, operational excellence, or a highly analytical business role (Experience in enterprise transformation or people-focused projects is advantageous).
• Strong analytical skills with advanced expertise in Excel and data structuring; comfortable working with ambiguous or incomplete data sets to develop populations, hierarchies, and systemic efficiencies.
• A strategic thinker with a proven ability to generate ideas, solve problems, and produce polished, executive-level materials.
• Clear and organized communication style—both written and verbal—with an instinct for what resonates with senior audiences.
• High organizational acumen with a proactive, self-starting approach and the capability to manage multiple workstreams with minimal oversight.
