• In the capacity of a Strategy Manager, you will influence our strategic trajectory, prioritize objectives, and drive implementation across the organization.

• You will serve as the bridge between market insights, strategy, and operational teams, ensuring that concepts evolve into actionable decisions and measurable advancements.

• Engage in the further development of our corporate strategy concerning large-scale battery storage and flexibility markets, focusing on business model analysis.

• Analyze market positioning and trends.

• Convert strategic goals into clear priorities for various teams.

• Facilitate internal communication on strategic matters and moderate cross-functional strategy meetings.

• Prepare structured decision-making materials, analyses, and management presentations for both internal and external stakeholders.

• Collaborate closely with different departments to integrate market and strategy perspectives throughout the company, fostering focus and supporting implementation.

• Maintain regular on-site presence at our headquarters in Kempten.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 4–5 years of professional experience in strategy, strategic corporate development, Strategic Operations, or similar roles within the energy sector.

• Proven experience in translating strategic objectives into operational priorities.

• Exceptional ability to clearly structure complex strategic content and prepare concise, audience-appropriate presentations and decision documents.

• Strong communication skills to effectively convey strategic content, emphasize operational implications, and facilitate cross-functional discussions.

• An independent, solution-oriented working style coupled with a readiness to take responsibility in a dynamic and growing environment.

• A passion for renewable energy and an interest in innovative business models.

• Proficiency in German and English, both written and spoken.
